4. Correct use of the product
Use Novesilic Elixier only as directed on the packaging and on this website: for external use only, on fully healed, closed skin, avoiding the eyes, nose, mouth and mucous membranes. Observe all safety precautions shown on the Safety page, including those relating to the pressurised, flammable container.
5. Individual results
Scar appearance and response to care vary from person to person. Any timelines or progress examples shown on this website are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of results.
6. Scar Journey accounts and content
The Scar Journey experience is personal to you. You are responsible for the photos and information you add, and you confirm that any photo you upload is of yourself or of someone you are authorised to act for. Do not upload images of other people without their consent, or any unlawful or inappropriate content.
7. Product verification
The product verification feature provides an indicative authenticity check for guidance only. If you believe a product may not be genuine, stop using it and contact us or your pharmacist before further use.
